can i buy a different size top and bottom?
absolutely. your top and your bottom have never met and don't need to match. top $99, bottom $89, or $188 for the pair. mix sizes, mix colours, or just take the half you came for. how to pick your two sizes.
which bikini should i start with if i'm between sizes?
start with the icon. the ties adjust all the way: tight enough for the dancefloor, loose enough for the long lunch, and the bottom sits mid-rise on the hip. need more hold? the rush ii has thicker tie straps with a clasp at the end of each one. very supportive. emotionally, too. read the fit notes.
how do your sizes convert, and how do the icon pants fit?
cheat sheet incoming. XXS is AU 4 / US 0 / EU 32, XS is AU 6 / US 2 / EU 34, S is AU 8 / US 4 / EU 36, M is AU 10 / US 6 / EU 38, L is AU 12 / US 8 / EU 40 and XL is AU 14 / US 10 / EU 42. the icon bikini comes in XXS/S, M/L and L/XL, covering AU 6 to 16. 92% of you keep your usual size, which is very on-brand for you. the icon pants run true to size, but if you like a looser fit (54% of you do), size up.
mesh & care
is the mesh see-through?
only the bits we want you to see. the aura baby tee is single-layer and sheer, on purpose: wear it over your bikini top and let it do the talking. the aura romper is double-layer, so it's opaque, breathes and holds you in like it's got something to prove. what mesh actually does.
how do i wash swim and mesh?
gently, like it's your favourite thing (it is). cold hand wash, then dry flat in the shade. no tumble dryer, no bleach, and no wringing it out like a dramatic movie scene. rinse your swim straight after you wear it, and keep mesh away from rough concrete and scratchy pool edges: they're bad for each other. care notes live under fit & fabric on every piece, and there's more in what mesh actually does.

where do you ship from, and how long does it take?
everything leaves sydney, packed in 1 to 2 business days (monday to friday, we have weekends too). australia: standard $10 AUD (4 to 7 business days) or express $15 AUD (2 to 3 business days). united states and the rest of the world: DHL eCommerce $20 AUD (7 to 12 business days) or DHL Express $30 AUD (3 to 5 business days). shipping details.
do you offer free shipping?
in australia, yes. spend over $250 AUD and shipping's on us, and we even bump you up to express. you're welcome. everywhere else, shipping is calculated at checkout. we're working on it. shipping details.
will i pay duties or taxes on an international order?
prices show in your own currency at checkout. any import duties or taxes on international orders are yours to pay and may be collected on delivery. not the fun part, we know. shipping details.

returns
what's your returns policy?
it happens. you've got 30 days from delivery. refunds come with a free pre-paid return label, and for an exchange, you post the piece back and we ship the new one free. send it back unworn and unwashed, tags and hygiene liners on, in the original tüsea garment bag. sale items, scarves and other accessories are final sale unless faulty. we don't make the rules (actually, we do). full returns policy.
how do i start a return or exchange?
log in, open your order, book your return and pick refund or exchange. no awkward conversations required. your label and instructions land in your inbox within 1 to 3 business days. no account? email [email protected] with your order number. once it passes inspection, your refund heads back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, plus however long your bank likes to take. full returns policy.
