When you shop or get in touch we may collect your name, delivery and billing address, email and phone number, account details, order history, the messages you send us, and technical information such as your IP address, device and browser. Payments are handled securely by Shopify; we never see your full card details.

How we use it

We use your information to process and deliver your orders, provide support, run and improve the site, prevent fraud, meet our legal obligations, and (only if you opt in) send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in our emails.

Who we share it with

We share information with Shopify and trusted partners who help us operate, including payment processors, fulfilment and shipping providers, and analytics services. We only share what’s needed, and we don’t sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences (like your region and currency), and understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Where your data lives

Your information is stored and processed in Australia, and may be transferred internationally through Shopify and other service providers as needed to run the store.
